This Refund Policy applies to all credit packs purchased through the Deliberate Play platform (app.deliberate-play.com), operated by ProductMicrobe BV, Adolf Baeyensstraat 109, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, Belgium (VAT BE0729995472).
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Statutory Rights (EU / Belgium)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital-content purchases. Where you give express consent and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal before a credit is first used, this statutory right lapses upon first use in accordance with applicable EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Belgian law).
The money-back guarantee below is offered in addition to — and does not replace or limit — any mandatory statutory rights you may have.
Our Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Condition: We refund only unused credits. No refund is issued once any credit in a purchased pack has been used.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@productmicrobe.com within 30 days of purchase and include:
- Your Order Number (found in your Paddle receipt email).
- Your reason for requesting a refund.
We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 3 business days (maximum 14 days from the date we receive your request). Funds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
